The apartment is situated on the first floor of a newly built apartment house. Everything is new inside the apartment.
My personal parking lot is yours for the whole period of the stay.
The apartment house has a beautiful garden with a playground for kids.
ROOMS: Two master bedrooms named "Autumn Room" and "Breezy Room" will offer you the best comfort during your stay. Both rooms have queen-size double beds. The living room is quite spacious and can house 2 people on the pull-out double-sofa.
BATHROOM: It has a real bathroom with bathtub and toilet. We supply clean towels.
KITCHEN: The modern kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a big meal or quick snack before hitting the town - microwave, modern stove, oven, cutting board, fridge, pots, pans and all other necessary cooking utensils !
OTHER: The apartment is cleaned and sheets are changed after every guest.

*FRIENDS* I always like meeting new people and share experiences. I would gladly take you to some of my favourite pubs and restaurants and have a beer together.

SMOKING: You can enjoy a good cigarette on the large open balcony, but I would not allow smoking inside the apartment.
DEPOSIT: A 50€ security deposit will be asked at arrival and refund at departure.
