Position Details:Retails Sales position: This position is quite encompassing - many responsibilities to make the days go by fast! Usually foreign students need some time to learn the American currency and an adjustment time until they feel comfortable speaking directly to the customers. Until this time comes for them they will learn to restock the store with fresh vegetables, fruits, cheeses, drinks, etc. They will be cleaning, watering plants, helping to plant flowers, make cut flower bouquets, perhaps help wrapping in the bakery, feeding the small barnyard animals (goats, pig, calf, chickens, ducks that are there for customers to visit). They need to speak English well, read English well, have a presentable front line appearance, be physically able to pick up bushels of vegetables, corn or other items such as pottery. No smokers! The girls that have enjoyed this job the most in the past are high energy people that don't like to sit around! Once they can deal with money they will learn all about becoming a cashier. they must be HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY above all else. Our cashiers also do not just stand around and wait for customers..... they are also busy the whole time whether this means stocking, cleaning, or watering. A typical day for a retail person: Work starts at 8am. All retail employees prepare the store for opening by getting the vegetables either out of the cooler or from the field crew's morning harvest and setting them up in displays in the store. Then someone from this staff feeds/cleans the animals, several go out to water flowers and others go through the store in detail to make sure everything is restocked, clean and ready for us to open at 9am. There are two shifts per day (AM/PM).

Two people are assigned the cash registers for each shift and must be nearby to run them. Others keep the store stocked. The store closes at 6pm. The staff will take about 30-45 minutes to put everything away for the day.
Pre-requisite:Be outgoing and speak good English.

DVS SOLICITATI o calificare practica pornind de la studiile si experienta dvs profesionala. Veti putea sustine interviuri cu companii gazda doar dupa verificarea si evaluarea din partea BRGwork si achitarea unui depozit pentru participarea in program. Planul dvs de training va fi mult mai detaliat, aceste informatii sunt sumare. Planul dvs de training este inregistrat la Departamentul de Stat inainte ca dvs sa solicitati viza J-1 USA

Conditii de Eligibilitate:

* Vorbiti limba Engleza conversational
* Aveti pana in 35 de ani
* Indepliniti UNA din urmatoarele 4 conditii:
a) student la o specializare care are tangenta cu acest domeniu (indiferent de an de studiu sau medii) SAU
b) absolvent minim facultate (se accepta si master sau studii aprofundate) la o specializare care are tangenta cu acest domeniu si cu conditia sa fii absolvit cu maxim 6 luni inainte de data intrarii in program SAU
c) absolvent minim facultate (se accepta si master sau studii aprofundate) la o specializare care are tangenta cu acest domeniu si cu conditia sa aveti un an experienta in domeniu (cumulata in timpul studiilor sau ulterior), daca data obtinerii diplomei este cu mai mult de 6 luni anterioara datei inscrierii in program SAU
d) 5ani experienta in acest domeniu (sau domenii usor conexe)
